Welcome to Al Furqan Online Academy. By enrolling in or using our services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
Our services
We provide online, one-to-one Quran, Tajweed, Hifz, Arabic and Islamic studies classes for children and adults, delivered remotely by qualified teachers via video call.
Free trial
New students may book a free trial to experience our teaching before enrolling. No payment is required for the trial and there is no obligation to continue.
Enrolment & fees
- Classes are offered on monthly plans, starting from $40/month, based on the number of classes per week.
- Fees are payable monthly, in advance, to keep your schedule reserved.
- Prices are shown in US Dollars and may be updated from time to time; existing students will be notified of any change.
Scheduling & rescheduling
- Class times are agreed between you and your teacher to suit your timezone.
- If you need to reschedule, please inform your teacher at least 24 hours in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you.
- Missed classes without notice may not be refunded or rescheduled.
Cancellation
You may cancel your enrolment at any time. There are no long-term contracts — simply let us know before your next billing period.
Student conduct
We ask all students (and parents) to treat teachers with respect and to attend classes punctually and prepared. We are committed to providing a safe, respectful learning environment for everyone.
Teachers
We match each student with a qualified, Ijazah-certified teacher. Where necessary, we may reassign a teacher to ensure consistent, quality learning.
Intellectual property
Any learning materials we provide are for your personal educational use only and may not be redistributed or sold.
Limitation of liability
We provide our classes with care and to a high standard, but to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for any indirect or incidental losses arising from the use of our services.
